A empresa estudada possui um SGQ, mas ainda não obteve os resultados que pretende. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo propor instrumentos gerenciais que possibilitem a melhoria de performance nos critérios do Programa de Excelência da empresa. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa para identificar com os colaboradores quais áreas que eles acreditam que sejam mais importantes e necessitem de mais atenção no sentido de realizar ações que melhorem o desempenho. Na análise dos dados, utilizou-se uma abordagem multicritério e, com a ajuda do software MACBETH (Measuring Attractiveness by a Category Based Evaluation Technique), os julgamentos qualitativos de valor foram quantificados em pesos para cada item do Programa de Excelência da empresa. Sendo assim, foi possível tomar a decisão para alocar mais esforço em ações para que os resultados melhorem.Today is undeniable the importance of an effective Quality Management System for organizations. The company studied has a QMS, but still did not get the results wanted. This paper aims to propose management tools that enable an improved performance on the criteria of the Excellence Program of the company under study. For this, a survey was conducted to identify the areas which employees believe that are most important and need more attention in order to perform actions that improve their performance. in the data analysis, we used a multicriteria approach and, with the help of software MACBETH (Measuring Attractiveness by a Category Based Evaluation Technique), the qualitative value judgments were quantified in weights for each item of Excellence Program. Thus, it was possible to make the decision of where it should be allocated more efforts into actions in view of improving the results. ER -
